We recently had my aunts wake at this funeral home and I just had to write a review about my experience at Alvarez Funeral Directors. First off when I walked in I felt the set up felt very warm and inviting, instead of feeling cold and scary. I can't say enough about Susan Alvarez. Her kind words and how she sat next to my mother to calm her down with her kind words and then offered her a drink of water is something that I will never forget. Thank you for making a very sad and somber moment a nice experience.
